Activity Logging

The Activity Logging tab in a Site allows Site Owners to see how and when users have interacted with a Site. This tab is only visible to Site Owners.

Generating and viewing logs:

• Choose a desired start and end date for logs to be generated

• Optionally, choose to filter by certain action types before logs are generated

• Logs are displayed in the table which can then be filtered with the search box or by log message attributes such as initiator and recipient

• Raw JSON of the displayed log messages is available in the Raw tab, which allows users to copy this data into other tools for viewing and parsing

Activity logging was first activated at approximately 1200UTC on the 16th of November 2021. Logs before that time have been preserved but are not accessible through the Activity Logging tab at this time. Please get in touch at cloud@pharoscontrols.com for activity logs before the stipulated time and date.
