Remote devices#

Shows every Remote device joined to this device.
Expand a row with the arrow for status information about its operation, including input states on devices that support it.
Syncing firmware#
A joined device with incompatible firmware is flagged with a warning. Select Sync Firmware to instruct the linked device to download firmware which is compatible with the device's current firmware.
Note
The firmware is downloaded by the device and passed on to the Remote device directly. Watch the device's log to follow the process.
Unjoined devices#
The Unjoined Remote Devices table lists Remote devices on the same network as the device that are not in its project file.
Important note about TPS
A TPS with firmware 2.14.0 or above will appear as a remote device and matches the behaviour as above.
A TPS with an earlier firmware version will need to connect as its own device, as per any other device.
To upgrade a site with a TPS to 2.15.0 or newer, the TPS will first need to be upgraded to the latest 2.14.x version using the firmware tab and then have firmware synced to the linked device.
